🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Meloura

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Any item showing signs of use, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the customer receives a color different from the one ordered.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are processed for the correct color only.

Color Disclaimer

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings may occur.

  • However, receiving a completely different color than the one ordered qualifies for an exchange.

Shipping Fees

  • In all approved returns or exchanges, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Meloura does not cover shipping costs.

الاسترجاع

  • يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير ملبوس، وبحالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي.

  • أي منتج عليه آثار استخدام، غسيل، تلف، أو روائح لن يتم قبوله.

  • يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

الاستبدال

  • يتم قبول الاستبدال في حالة وصول لون مختلف عن اللون الذي تم طلبه.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

  • يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام.

  • يتم الاستبدال باللون الصحيح فقط.

تنويه بخصوص الألوان

  • قد توجد فروق بسيطة في درجات اللون بسبب الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة.

  • لكن في حالة استلام لون مختلف تمامًا عن المطلوب، يحق للعميل الاستبدال.

مصاريف الشحن

  • في جميع حالات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال المقبولة، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن.

  • Meloura غير مسؤولة عن أي رسوم شحن.
